What's a Strategy Sprint?
Strategy Sprints are 4 one-hour sessions held over a month where strategic goals are set or refreshed at a company level and team level. AGYL leads these virtual strategy workshops to set your North Star, competitive strategy, strategic goals & KPIs.
In 4 Weeks Your Organization Will Have:
- Company-Wide Focus: Create focus on the critical strategic priorities and KPIs for the balance of this year based on key strategic insights.
- An Implementation Framework: Create a Stratey Implementation framework with 3-5 strategic goals to move your business organization forward.
- An Agile 90-Day Cycle: Set a standard approach with a playbook to easily review progress, refresh and adapt at the end of each quarter.
